For people running Claude Code

One press from Claude.

The instructions you type twenty times a day become one key. ShortcutDeck turns your Stream Deck into a control surface for Claude Code, and it works the moment you import it.

Get it on the Elgato Marketplace $30  one time, no subscription

Windows 10 and 11. macOS is not supported yet, and it will ship when it has been tested on real hardware rather than ported blind. On a Mac? Say so and you will hear the day it lands.

The problem

You are typing the same thing all day

Continue where you left off. Recap what we did. Show me the history. Open the project. Every day, the same handful of instructions, typed out again, with a typo in the middle of the long one.

Claude Code is the most capable tool most people have ever put on their machine, and it is driven entirely by retyping.

Press, do not type

The keys that send instructions already know the right words. The keys that need a project folder already know where it is.

Nothing to wire up

Not a folder of icons for you to configure. A finished board that works the minute it is imported.

It tells you what it did

If a key needs something you have not installed, it opens the instructions rather than failing silently.

The part other profiles skip

Every key can explain itself

Press HELP and the board changes. Now every key opens a plain-English page telling you exactly what it does, what to expect when you press it, and one thing to try right now.

No manual to lose. No video to scrub through looking for the bit you needed. The explanation lives on the key it explains, which is the only place you will ever look for it.

This is why people are still using it in week three. A board you have to remember is a board you stop using. A board that answers questions is one you keep.
Setup

Built to be installed by a human

  1. Download and unzip

One folder. One obvious thing to click.

  2. Follow the guide

Six steps with a screenshot at each one. Ten minutes, no terminal knowledge assumed.

  3. Run the setup check

A seven-point check that tells you in plain English what is working and what is not, before you need it to work.

What you need

A Stream Deck

Any current model. Profiles are included for each one; you only need yours.

Windows 10 or 11

macOS is planned. It will ship when it has been tested on real hardware, not before.

Claude Code

Already installed, or the guide walks you through installing Claude Code from scratch.

Before you buy

The questions people actually ask

Will it work with my Stream Deck?

Yes. A profile is included for each current model, and you only import the one for yours. The board is laid out for the model you have rather than squeezed down from a bigger one.

Do I need Claude Code already installed?

No. If you have it, setup is quicker. If you do not, the guide walks the whole installation, including the one step almost everyone misses.

You do need a Claude plan. Claude Code is not free, and this product does not change that.

Is this a subscription?

No. $30 once, through the Elgato Marketplace, and it is yours. Updates arrive through Marketplace at no extra cost.

Does it work on a Mac?

Not yet, and I would rather tell you here than have you find out after paying. The launchers, the installer and the setup check are all Windows.

macOS will ship when it has been tested on real hardware. Leave your address and you will hear the day it does.

What if I get stuck?

Run the setup check that comes in the download. It tells you in plain English what is working and what is not, and it changes nothing, so it cannot break anything.

Past that, every key explains itself, and the support page lists the five things that actually go wrong with the one-line fix for each.

Do I need to know the terminal?

No, and that is rather the point. The keys carry the commands. If you never want to type an instruction again, you do not have to.
